Visit to the Magnolia Plantation
So on Monday we set out to ShadowMoss (my home golf course) to play our first game, but I had taken my golf clubs out of the trunk in order to accommodate luggage coming form the airport. We had to retrace our steps back home and we decided to play Dunes West instead.
We visited the beach one day after supper
The next day we played the Shadowmoss course again
Mom rode along and walked some to get some exercise
We went for a walk along the battery. This is along the seaward most part of down town. Lots of old ante bellum homes.
Saturday we visited The Pinkney Plantation and then we went to Fort Sumter.
We finished the day with a visit to Folly Beach
Sunday mom and dad found an AME church to attend
An evening visit to the Palmetto Islands County Park
One of the many great days of golfing that Dad and I spent together
We took a trip to Georgia and visited Brunswick and the Okeefenokee Swamp. We stopped for a walk on the Beach at Jeykell Island. The next day we visited Savannah
But all good things must end.
