The Vander Lans Visit
It sure was good to have Butch and Louise come and visit. They are such nice folks. Their visit was a welcome break from the construction that I was up to my ears in. Here we're visiting the downtown Battery.
That poor Palmetto looks dreadful here. It's in much better shape after a summer of rain.
It was hard to pick the front picture because they always look so good together. We should all be so happy.
A local anhinga. This bird has no oil in its feathers so it must sit on the bank and dry them before it can fly.
